CURRENT EVENTS
Bag Ladies – Positively Runners is the new book that we will be working from this
year. Each month a sample will be made of a runner and you may either choose to
order a kit, choose your own fabric or decline the project. Bag lady special – each
month that you order a kit, your name will be entered into a drawing to have the runner
machine quilted. Club fee is $20 and you will receive the book free.
DECEMBER - MARCH
Garden of Enchantment –
New Block of the Month, a kaleidoscope from Quilt Moments for 9 months. Starts
week of January 9th / $10 to join and $14 per month. I will be furnishing you with the
fabric for the 18 blocks and the finishing kit price will be divided between 12 month.
Fabric is from Maywood Studios.
Super Bowl Sunday -
Sunday, February 5th - 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pick your own discount from the
board will be back. Discounts will range from 10% to 50% off.
Leap into a Quilt –
Leap Year sale on February 29th. Quilts on Broadway in Foley and Gone To Pieces
will both be participating in this event. I will be unveiling a new quilt at this event.

Spring Retreat –
Friday Feb 24th through Sunday, Feb 26th. We will once again be having the retreat
at Bug Bee Hive Resort in Paynesville on Lake Koronis. At press time the cost is still
$85.50 and you are asked to bring a treat, snack or dish to pass.
Suds Up Shop Hop -
Thursday March 22nd through Saturday, March 31st. Fat Quarter Quilting in Coon
Rapids, Cottage Quilts and Fabric in Elk River, Country Caboose in Wahkon,
Heavenly Patchwork in Waconia, DeAnn’s Country Village in Litchfield, Quilts on
Broadway in Foley, and Gone To Pieces in Kimball will be presenting their specially
designed row quilt. My shop hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. A special gift will be given with a $10 purchase.
